Effective July 21, 2026, all gaming machine reservations will be made exclusively through the Palazzo App. This new self-reservation feature allows members to reserve their preferred machines quickly, conveniently, and fairly—anytime, anywhere.
As part of this system enhancement, manual machine reservations will no longer be available. Due to system restrictions, our team will no longer be able to reserve gaming machines on behalf of members.
